Join this group of young basketball players looking to expand their game. This will be a group setting, 2-3 times a month this spring. I recommend a youth 27.5 size basketball and each player bring water to hydrate.

You can schedule a session for $30 or purchase a 5-pack for $110. Sessions are 40-55 minutes with our main focus is teaching ball handling, pass/catch, shooting principles, and speed/agility development.

SEMI- PRIVATE WORKOUT

Increase court awareness, develop new skills, and enhance your abilities on the court. Workouts consist of between 1-4 athletes.

SMALL GROUP WORKOUT

Build your competitive edge. Develop new skills, enhance your abilities on the court, and compete against like-minded players. Workouts consist of between 5-8 athletes.

TEAM WORKOUT

Develop the fundamentals and confidence for the season. Build ball-handling skills, finish at the basket, and improve your shot-making ability in games. Between 5-12 athletes.

SKILLS WORKOUT (CAMP)

Sign up for a skills workout over the weekend or holiday break. Each player will receive high-level training in a competitive environment with fellow athletes that are striving to be their best.
